Just heard that Lee is playing for you...Having seen him at Farnborough as a young striker until injury curtailed his stay and then moving onto Hampton, where he was the club's top scorer...How's he going at Slough?

Played once in the first team as a right back. Failed to impress

Lee has been described as a utility player, although his appearance at right back against one of the best left sided midfielders at this level (Their left winger on Saturday is very highly rated by Worthing management) did little to inspire that he would be comfortable playing there on a regular basis. That said, he did nullify the threat of the winger for the main part, but his distribution of the ball badly let him down.

 

Looked much more comfortable playing on the wing for the reserves, but that said, if he is a striker, I'd rather pass judgement on him when I've seen him play there.

I thought he looked good in the reserves and once he settles in i think he will be a useful player, that is if people give the lad a chance and get off his back.

Martin's entitled to voice his opinion as much as anyone else but I did think he was a bit harsh considering it was the lads debut...

 

Best thing about Martin is he is as vocal in his support as he is in his criticism.

It's difficult to decide on a target. You see the player needs to be:

 

a) Playing crap and

Not on the list of players I would never criticise.

 

I am sure an obvious candidate will soon step forward.
