Jago
It’s the playoffs. You’d have thought Dinamo would have raised himself off his sun-lounger long enough to make a bit of effort. But No. And I guess Paul C was still suffering the post traumatic stress of his showdown defeat to MikMike last week. So, unlucky men – better luck next year. The results: Which leaves it to the leaky defences of Blackballed and Luke to scrap for the Promised Land. Should be a high scoring game, especially with these fixtures. It’s the big four playing in Portugal so might as well join Dinamo & Paul C for a summer’s holiday Sagres or two... Play off final – Sunday 26th July by 16:00 Benfica v Sporting Lisbon Braga v Porto Leicester v Manchester Utd West Ham v Villa C Palace v Tottenham Tie breaker in case of a draw (second poster cannot predict same score as first person to predict): Bordo-Glimt v Molde Have a lovely week Jago. Caveat emptor innit. But very well done to you both on your tremendous luck excellent research. Meanwhile I'm going to think up a new Covid rule if the play-off finishes equal and the Norwegian tie-breaker finishes 1-0. Bribery normally works. Jago
Well - the benefit of games spread over 2 days is that we get to see the half-time score. Doubtless that was in the sub-conscious of the fixtures committee when we convened in the oak-panneled committee room. It's 4-4. But you'd probably worked that out. How exciting. ?
