Tigerfeet Que?

Surely you mean that clubs around them have dropped points to ETFC!

After all two draws against Ilford and Concord mean that both those clubs dropped the same number of points as ETFC did against them.

A draw and a win against Romford means that Romford dropped more points than ETFC

And a win against Sawbo means that ETFC have not dropped any points against them with one to play.

After you have digested that lot look at the run in.

Concord have to play Ilford.

They have played Sawbo twice one win one defeat.

And they have yet to play Romford.

If Concord win the title they have done very well as in my book two games against Romford is not something to look forward to. They should drop some points there.

Ilford have also got to play Romford.

And Romford have got to play Sawbo.

So all in all Romford hold the key and I do not see them finishing higher than 5th. If they finish 4th or higher then ETFC will get the title as Romford would have picked up points from the title challengers.

In the end I think the deciding game will be ETFC v Sawbo. The winners of that game will win the title. Unless Ilford beat Sawbo at their place.

My top 5

ETFC/SAWBO (Winners and Runners up)

3 Ilford

4 Concord principally as title challengers they have the hardest run in and more games to play.

5 Romford they will do very well to finish higher than 5th and if they do it will be at the expense of either Ilford or Concord.

Now please do a sensible post!

Steph.once again you have made some excellent points and I do agree that ETFC have the "easier" run in as they only have to entertain Sawbo at home. Saying that Sawbo always give ETFC a run for their money.....and have a tendancy to nick a result but I belive this year the league is a lot more competitive which is good to see.

I honestly believe that at this stage of the season with at least five clubs all challenging for the title whoever manages to eventually win it will have deserved to.

Obvisouly if Ilford do it then wonderful but if we dont I'll be applauding the winners.

The league table doesn't lie................

Nor does the fact that we have two of the best strikers in the league and the best management team which will ensure the results to win the league
