Remind me of our starting line up, is it likely to be?

TURNER, JACKMAN, S TOGWELL, BIRD, WELLS, W HARRIS, LENCH, L TOGWELL, WORSFOLD, B HARRIS, ROBERTS

I'd go for:

 RR, is that a 4-4-2 or a 4-5-1?

"We just want people to get together as they are and get behind us. Although they might not be in the ground, we know that their support will be with us."

Jon Underwood - "Ade asks" on 26th. June 2020.

Although not one of my best pieces of video work, I think Jon meant something like this :-

Come on You Rebels!!!

Gutted we played with our 2020 form and not our 2019. We go again. Well done  for getting into the play offs lads all in all a decent season! They just looked fitter And more clinical and I felt we just caved after they scored the first.

I would rather have gone up but it would have been a bit hollow not to have had an ‘ i was there’ memory of promotion so disappointed but not gutted.

Weird old season finishing with us not allowed in a spacious outdoor stadium but we could watch in a crowded indoor pub. Hey ho , the beer was cheaper in my shed anyway !

We probably shaded the first half but Dartford's first goal from a defensive mistake from Josh was crucial.

Unfortunately after that the energy seemed to drain from our legs and we fell apart and couldn't pass the ball over a couple of yards.

Having said all that well done to the players and management for having a good season and getting to the play-offs.

We re-group and go again.

COYR!!!!!

Well done to the lads for getting in to the playoffs, shame it was such a poor performance.

I don't think the first half was poor, very tight and I think we shaded it.

Once the first poorly defended goal went in everything changed and Dartford took control.

First half we had a couple of decent chances but nothing really clear cut. With the way we set up it was always going to be hard to create much.

Second half we didn't get off to the greatest of starts, conceding straight away and by the 70th min we looked shattered. Can't win them all. Hard luck chaps.

No disgrace losing to Dartford, they are a quality team in this division. Think all the fans should be proud of how well Slough have done this season. I never in a million years thought, we would make the play offs this season, given it is in only our second season in the C.South, so this mean't that I treated the lead up to this game, as a bonus, not the be all end all.

At the half time interval, it looked like it was all set for a thriller in the second period but unfortunately our rocket's fuse must have been damp, as we failed to ignite, and we offered little going forward, while Dartford just blew us away up front. Pity because Slough have been as good as Dartford all season [points wise], and Slough really didn't do themselves justice in the second half, as they just ran out of steam[ players knackered] and attacking ideas.

A 0-3 scoreline may look harsh on Slough but you couldn't really argue against it.

Certainly not the end of the world for our team. It might even be a blessing in disguise in the long run. It's a hiccup to our promotion hopes but it doesn't have to be the end of the club's aspirations. We can comeback stronger from this experience.

Given that we finished above Dartford I think we were better than them all season points wise.

First half hardly any difference between the sides but once the crucial first goal went in we fizzled out then Dartford had a spring in their step and took charge of the game.

As you say learn from the experience and come back stronger next season.

Do you think we'll be ready as a club to get promotion next season?
