MK Gallacticos could have a very decent SSML Division Two campaign under Anton Jacob, they start on Saturday 19 September with a trip to Totternhoe followed by a home game against Championship favourites Old Bradwell United, they will be hell bent on sweet revenge following the embarrassing 11-1 defeat last season at the North Furzton Sports Ground in January:

As fully anticipated, MK Gallacticos were ready and waiting for Old Bradwell United to arrive at the Sir Herbert Leon Academy on Saturday 26 September, where the game was played, and goals from Lewis Gardiner and Josh Douglas-Smith gave Anton Jacob's men a thoroughly deserved 2-0 win to finally exorcise their demons following the 11-1 defeat at the North Furzton Sports Ground  last season on 25 January. This followed a slightly disappointing 2-1 opening day SSML Division Two defeat at Totternhoe however last Saturday (3 October), again at their plush new base on a 3g playing surface, there was no problem beating the elements as well as Berkhamsted Comrades with goals from, who else, Josh Douglas-Smith and Ryan Hanley, the only blot on their copybook was when Mihail Andrei-Baduleanu needlessly saw red on 70 minutes which could have proved costly. Tomorrow MK Gallacticos entertain Pitstone & Ivinghoe (see below) and then, unfortunately, have to sit next week out due to no scheduled fixture however knowing boss Anton Jacob he will have his players in for training or arrange a friendly match locally to keep them primed for a difficult trip to Aston Clinton on 24 October:

MK Gallacticos have a nice enamel badge, don't all rush to buy one at once. The Club were only formed in 2008 and their brief history makes interesting reading, they joined the SSML in 2016/17 from the North Bucks & District League where they won the Intermediate Division League and Cup double in 2015/16, dropping only three League points:

Do we know why MK Gallacticos have suddenly and disappointingly resigned from the League, seemingly announcing their decision after the AGM on Saturday, there is no explanation anywhere on social media infact this messege was still showing on Monday:

We are looking to add a few more players to our 1st team before the season starts. We are a semi-pro Step 7 club playing in the Spartan South Midland League. If you are interested in joining us then we train every Tuesday & Thursday for 7:30pm
