Streamed play-off games

The NL have announced that they will be streaming the play-off semi final between Havant v Slough/Dartford on a PPV basis.

No details yet on how much supporters will be charged to watch the game and how the money raised will be shared out.

We can all relax... just read in the NLP ALL North & South play off games will be streamed live (for a fee TBC early this week) via a new online platform in conjunction with BT Sports.

Nice to be kept informed and not just read it in the paper.

So can we then assume, apart from the cost to supporters, that it's all done and dusted with the clubs involved and the NL?

Or is it just paper talk with anything yet to be agreed.

There has been an embargo on the news on the streaming, so we as a club have not been able to say anything, and as Matt said should hopefully have all the details communicated to us and then the supporters early this week.

Great news that the game will be streamed live via BT.

Just need to hear about the cost and ordering procedures.

6 days to go, change kick off time

5 days to go, no details of price or how to access the stream.

4 days still no official announcement but might need chromecast in order to access the stream.

Yeah clearly this is all about a "solution for the fans" Mike.

If a tree falls in a wood and there is no one around does it make a sound? 

Not sure many of our fans will be watching anyway based on this shambles.

Martin, I've just read a report on Ollie Bayliss's twitter page which has the information you are asking for.

No it doesn't. It links to a report  with quotes from an executive of the company providing the service and suggesting what the price may be. Doesn't tell me where or how to order it or what requirements there are. 

I didn't know what a chromecast was until 40 minutes ago. Do I need one or can I just stream directly to my laptop or mobile?

Typically the stream would be to a laptop or mobile device but chromecast allows you to then send the stream to a TV.

Thanks Tom. All irrelevant for me as I've made plans based on a 3pm kick off so can't watch the game anyway. I am not tech savvy, have never streamed a game in my life but imagine I might be asked to help a few others who would be keen to watch the game

Martin with luck the club will put a link on the official and this site sure Matt or Gary will help us out.

I know Matt does alot for the club but must admit I would only know who he is if he was pointed out to me.
