Savagebee - You really went to town with all that information, thanks, it's an interesting appointment isn't it especially for Karen as Joe was at Welwyn Garden City previously where he did a really good job especially with their Reserve side, he was also a player at Herns Lane before going into coaching, I believe he is the son of former Chairman Olly Croft who only stepped down during the early part of this season. More recently Joe has been at Chalk Lane with Cockfosters Reserves and was in charge when they were unlucky to lose 2-1 in the Final of last season's Middlesex FA Premier Cup to Harefield United at Uxbridge:

Savagebee  How is London Tigers high profile partnership with Brentford progressing, maybe that is something Joe Croft could tap into in terms of getting some players on short term loans, I think they will do well next season with Joe at the helm and can hopefully progress in the cup competitions unlike this season when they failed to get over the first hurdle in the FA Cup, FA Vase, Challenge Trophy and Division One Cup, I'm not sure why they didn't enter the Middlesex FA Premier Cup or Senior Charity Cup:

Big changes at London Tigers FC it's going to be very interesting to see the club's fortunes next season it really is. They have always been a club with a high turnover of players each season they never seem to have a steady squad of players and I would be very surprised if they have ever had a player that has played 100+ games for the club and I doubt there is many players on 50+ games for the club. London Tigers FC have always come across as a feeder type club, get some games under your belt type club and put yourself in the shop window type club.

Good luck to them.

Have London Tigers FC ever won a league ? or cup ? Since they became London Tigers FC ?

Probably because their parent County is London FA and not Mddlesex FA

Karen, thanks but were the Club not eligible to enter both the Middlesex FA Premier Cup and Senior Charity Cup as well as the London FA Senior Trophy, in the past they have entered the Middlesex FA Senior Cup, Senior Charity Cup and London FA Senior Cup in the same season albeit not recently and as Kingsbury London Tigers. It's nice to see you getting involved anyway, you must be twiddling your thumbs and kicking your heels at present.

It will be interesting to see if London Tigers change there normal goals for each season which is helping players find another club or for players to gain match fitness then move them on.

I would like to see London Tigers have a settled squad with a mix of different types of players who want to win the league or win a cup for the club and want to play for the club long term and not just for a couple of months.

Perhaps I should post this on the Hidden Gem thread however here is an old thread whereby London Tigers were being unfairly criticised for plying their trade at the so called Hidden Gem whilst in the SSML Premier Division during the 2015/16 campaign and finishing in a healthy thirteenth place. I've no idea what members were complaining about as a site visit was made by the SSML on 21 June 2016 where the Club were given the all clear to continue playing there, until obviously the gypsies pulled the carpet from under them, no pun intended:

UPDATE ON CHANGES TO THE REVISED CONSTITUTION

Premier Division:

London Tigers – Visit 21 June – Most deficiencies resolved but still have problem with drainage of water from car park. London Playing Fields Foundation, the Landlord, has given an undertaking to resolve the issue, but timing uncertain as involves Transport for London and re-instatement of old Pumping equipment or installation of new system. Suggested arranging for alternative ground for first two months of season.

I wonder how long Joe Croft will remain in charge at London Tigers if results don't improve soon, The Club have disappointingly lost their first six games of the SSML Division One campaign and conceded 16 goals in the process, scoring just 6 times, the heaviest defeat was last Saturday with Shefford Town & Campton coming away from Spratleys Meadow with a 6-0 win. Had it not been for Hillingdon Borough's even worse start, conceding 25 goals and pointless after just five games, Joe Croft's men would be the basement Club with a difficult visit to London Lions to come tomorrow (24 October). Hopefully the signing this week of Marc Arnott (pictured) from Welwyn Garden City will do the trick and improve results, Marc has also been at Codicote, Langford, Colney Heath and Hatfield Town and knows where the net is, Karen will fondly recall he scored 15 goals in 29 League appearances in 2014/15 helping the Herns Lane Club to the SSML Division One Championship and Division One Cup double as well as runs to the FA Cup First Qualifying Round and FA Vase First Round proper. Marc had a telepathic partnership with fellow strikers Joel Norris and Jason Caswell that season who added another 55 League goals between them, Winslow Boy will no doubt recall an 8-0 defeat at Elmfields Gate on Valentines Day with Marc Arnott netting a hatrick and Joel Norris going one better with four goals.

Sixty photographs, courtesy of Joanna Ginger, from London Tigers v Bedfont & Feltham, played at the so called Hidden Gem on Saturday 15 August 2015, in a 2015/16 FA Cup Extra Preliminary Round tie resulting in a 1-1 draw. Combined Counties League Division One Bedfont & Feltham won the replay at The Orchard 8-7 on penalties after a 2-2 draw following extra time, they had two players dismissed during the 120 minutes play but, disappointingly London Tigers failed to take advantage:

I don't suppose London Tigers will ever return to the so called 'Hidden Gem' however they can't play at Spratleys Meadow forever can they:

Yeah they won't return there. Nomads for the near future and probably for the long term future.

Savagebee - There was a thread created on London Tigers by TheColdEnd just after this sadly happened at the so called 'Hidden Gem' and it was naively hoped that the Club would return soon however that was never likely to happen:
