The first part of an excellent YouTube summary of Biggleswade United's 2019/20 campaign where the Second Meadow Club reached their highest ever league 'finishing' position of third since being promoted to the SSML Premier Division in 2005:

Just adding a link from when the so called 'Wycombe Wanderer' visited Second Meadow on Saturday 15 March 2014 for a SSML Premier Division fixture against London Tigers, some excellent information on the Club and photos:

A really excellent interview with Biggleswade United Chairman Guillem Balague shortly after he took control of the Club, and an insight into the interesting man, however it would appear that Tracey James is wearing the trousers at Second Meadow:

What made me smile about Biggleswade United Chairman Guillem Balague's comments in his Club statement was where he said 'continuing the season was for me the fairest choice, as results would have been decided on the pitch'. He is bound to say that isn't he with Biggleswade United sitting third in the table just three points behind Tring Athletic, and with the Club's still to meet at Cow Lane on 4 April, so a second place finish was more than possible particularly with Tring Athletic's youngster's thrown in at the deep end recently.

Here we go folks, was this arguably the game of the season in the FA Vase First Round on Friday 11 October between Biggleswade United and Saffron Walden Town, Biggleswade United were unlucky not to win on the night and unfortunately lost the replay 5-1 at Catons Lane the following Tuesday evening:

A wonderful 'End Of Season Letter' from the Second Meadow Club which actually brings a tear to the eye reading it and to think that all their painstaking work during the aborted 2019/20 campaign, and reaching their highest ever League position in the Club's 61 year history, has been for nothing:

A local press article from Biggleswade United Chairman Guillem Balague who asked the question everyone has been thinking 'why can't we simply freeze the leagues as they currently stand and then carry on where we left off when we finally come out of this nightmare, whenever that might be':

The Official Biggleswade United FC Club photo for 2019/20 which makes the aborted, terminated, null and void, scrapped, abandoned, forsaken, concluded, dumped, marooned, ditched, beached, forlorn, jilted, bereft, stranded, desolate, culled, left high and dry, cast aside, up the creek without a paddle, dead in the water, cut off in its prime, ceased to exist, campaign, call it what you will, all the more difficult to swallow doesn't it if you think about the time and effort that went into taking it back in late July or early August, it was all for nothing:

There appears to be a problem with Episode 6 of the excellent YouTube summary of Biggleswade United's 2019/20 campaign before it was so unfairly terminated with the Club all set to achieve its highest ever league finishing position, the Club were only able to play three games during December so that's perhaps why. Here is Episode 7 anyway:
