Just out of interest on the above...

I read on my IPad news this morning where 10 residents had died from COVID on one of the Scottish Isles care homes and a senior carer had also contracted the illness and recovered.  However, she has now tested positive yet again !

Makes you wonder about the immunity factor somewhat !!

Alot depends on how your body builds antibodies and for how long.

Not one person is the same as another.

The current AB test returns the following as a result... None, Low, High.

I know someone who was ill over Christmas, in that period where people are wondering if it was C19 or not, he recently had an AB test  and his came back as having antibodies, but low, so he could still catch it again

Good news today that from the 4th of July Pubs, Bars, Restaurants and Cafe's can open as long as they abide by the new social distancing rules and are covid safe.

It's widely accepted by the experts that being outside is safer than being indoors so can anyone think of a logical reason why supporters cannot, in restricted numbers, be allowed into stadiums at step 2?

The new season is pencilled in to start mid September. With the next step of easing on the 4th July and another 2 months before the new season start date I think it’s quite likely fans will be allowed in from the start even if it’s 25% capacity which for us would be just under our average. For our play off it’ll be great if a massive screen could be placed at one end of the pitch and rows of seating (suitably spaced naturally) covering the pitch.

The Bath City Chairman has announced that they are committed to playing in the play-offs.

He has calculated that it will cost the club around 35k and will be asking the supporters to help fund this.

I make it 3 teams so far committed to competing in the play-offs Havant, Dorking and Bath.

Just one more team needed to make them possible.

Dorking are starting training this Thursday which must give them some advantage having more time to get fit and prepare. I wonder when the others are planning to start training?

Next Thursday, pretty much most teams are following the same schedule.

I make it all 6, Bath were the last ones to officially confirm. Did you think we were still thinking about it!

That's providing the brain dead don't start partying and acting like covid is a thing of the past.

Social distancing is still 2 metres unless it's not practical or possible.

Would it not be plausible to give and make sure every person attending wears a face mask and then each person stands and stays on a designated spot (like a large circle sticker stuck to the ground/terrace).

There should be an official communication from the club today.

Since we met the league on Friday, we've had to put together a return to training plan and a return to matchday plan for the league over the weekend. We have the preferred test which we are waiting for the league to green light. We've got some contingencies up our sleeve if not but cannot see any reason why they wouldn't approve our choice.

Players and anyone involved in training will undergo their first test next week before going into a phased return to training - non contact going into full contact eventually. They will be tested every week we are in the playoffs, as well as a screening questionnaire and temperature check before every session. We've agreed a timetable and plan with Neil and Jon but I would prefer to keep  dates, times and locations out of the public domain. Our training plan will go in to the league today, with the matchday plan going in a few days later. as it's less urgent

Keep your eye on the website and social media today for more info. It's going to be an interesting few weeks. COYR!

Whether it was from a lab or animal market I don't think anyone knows for certain where in China the virus came from.

Common sense to wear face coverings and perhaps one of the compulsory measures to get supporters back into stadiums.

I think some pubs are going to be taking temperatures as people enter. I'm sure how practical that would be at a football ground.

It will be interesting to see if it differs much from Chester’s Club Statement yesterday:-
