Irishadrian
Despite last Saturdays unexpected result I'm expecting at least a point from this one Welling have been having a torrid time which put them in the relegation mix at one time They have had a mini revival with 3 consecutive league wins but against teams in the 2nd3rd of the table and teams 20th and 22nd Not imo the same as playing 3rd in the table. We have our leagues very best defence whilst only 1 team has scored fewer goals than Welling

We have our leagues very best defence whilst only 1 team has scored fewer goals than Welling 'had been having a torrid time' With a new manager and different players they are now a completely different side, so I expect nothing less than a very hard fought encounter. Personally I don't 'expect' anything but I reckon if we come away with something from the game we'll have done well.
REBEL MATTERS
First visit to Welling. Nice little ground. Sunny pre-match. Come on you Rebels !!!
Irishadrian
Only ourselves and Wealdstone won today in the champions/playoff group H&W now have only one game in hand and are one point behind us and we are back in second It's clear from reports that as well as the victory we had more convertible chances so a good day at the office
GeorgeS
Makes for a real big game against H&W next weekend - about time they lost their away record this season Well done to the boys today, great 3 points and also a big ? to the away support too
Reading Rebel
In the end it was a superb win and a vital 3 points for the Rebels. Despite us taking the lead I thought Welling were the better side in the first half, allowing them far too time and space to create chances. Not sure what was said at half time because from the start of the half we looked a completely different side. We took the initiative away from Welling from the start, dominating for long periods and in the end got a deserved win for our efforts. Agree that our support, especially in the second half was outstanding. COYR!!!!!

GlenSTFC
The announcer stated it was 615 and that looked about right.
REBEL MATTERS
Our support was superb again. Didn’t stop singing all second half. Loved how we started behind the goal 2nd half and then slowly moved to the main stand behind the away dug out. Could only hear rebels !!! Only one team was going to win that in second half, we were dominant. Just wasteful of a few chances. Super dan ran his socks off as usual. I am a big fan of wellsy. bet super jack pleased we got the 3 points in the end ? from where I was looked like the ball bobbled just before he went to catch their shot before it went in. Anyway, here’s dans pen IMG_4455.MOV
Irishadrian
I got 424 from an attendance grid for the league but did think it was a bit light especially since we travel in numbers now 615 seems more likely
GlenSTFC
There were probably around 100 of us.
