agamemnon3
Just to expand on Winslow Boy's post a little. Thiago died in a road accident while on his way to Rayners Lane to play for St Panteleimon in their MPC tie v Cockfosters Reserves. News of the accident reached those at the ground with fifteen minutes of the game left, with St Panteleimon leading 2-0. The game was immediately abandoned, with the full agreement of everyone there. The Middlesex FA will decide what happens with the tie, but I would hope that Cockfosters do the right thing and allow St Panteleimon to progress without further ado. A dreadfully sad evening for London football.

Rhodes
There's a tribute to the great man on another Forum: Thiago Concalves, a 32 year old St Panteleimon FC player was sadly killed in a road accident last night on his way to his clubs match against Cockfosters Reserves. I had seen him play only a few weeks ago, and he was one of many of his team who looked class players. Condolences to his family, friends and to his colleagues at St Panteleimon FC. RIP. https://www.nonleaguematters.co.uk/forums/index.php?threads/thiago-goncalves-st-panteleimon.620/
