I think it will always be part of the theatre of the great game for officials to be verbally criticised if they are seen to be making a bad decision.I think the officials that come into the game are thick skinned enough to play the 'panto' bad guy role on occasions .Where it crosses the line is personal abuse/threats/ F&C's.

Bad decision! Who says a decision is bad? If we went on that premise, 11 players would applaud every decision whilst eleven would be totally against it. Does this happen in rugby?

Interesting to note that at no time last week was our female referee surrounded by players demanding answers to the decisions she made.

Actually she was Andy - once, by Maldon players early in the game. The fact that it didn't happen again suggests that the offending players were put very firmly in their place!

Not forgetting that RB was booked for whatever he said to the ref regarding a free kick awarded to M&T on the edge of our penalty area in the first half.

Never seen a ref yet say oops I made a mistake and cancel a free kick,so why bother challenging the decision.
