What to say about this one  Chippenham are well in the bottom half of the table but paradoxically they have the league's  best defence  probably because only a few teams have scored fewer goals  That suggests dour low scoring games but we know differently don't  we

Some believe they are a bogey team as far as the Rebels are concerned  and will probably think so themselves given recent matters 

I've no doubt that if the lads play anything near their very best they wont come away pointless

Due to the incoming rain between now and kick off I doubt this will go ahead. Chippenham's pitch known for it's sogginess in previous years.

What a way to banish the hoodoo! An excellent win and a memorable one for our managers on their big day. A game of 2 halves for us where we didn’t created too much first half aside from the well worked goal. But second half we came out all guns blazing for the first 30 and no one could have argued against us being 5-0 up. With Wealdstone surprisingly slipping up we’re just 4 points off then, we carry on like we are that’s gonna be two massive tasty games against them.

He did yes. Bird and Nis at CB. Kuhl didn't last long on debut but Sean came on and had a good game in there setting up the first goal. Two great strikes from Max and Lenchy in a second half we completely dominated down the slope.

Great result  second again and just 4 points off top

This defeat drops Chippenham down another two places and leaves them flirting with the relegation places

Another game where the confidence and self belief shone through

Relatively close first half in which I think Chippenham were marginally the better side.

Excellent time to score a goal just before half time from an excellent counter attack finished off in style at the back post by Wazza.

We came out firing in the second half and the two excellent strikes from Max and Lenchy sealed the game for us but only told half the story because if we'd have won 5-0 it wouldn't have flattered us such was our dominance and chances that we created.

Top performance and win from the boy's!!!!!

For me there were no real outstanding contenders for MOTM just a good all round team performance.

Just read our match report and apparently, according to the report, the lino gave a penalty when Ben Harris was booked for diving in the Chippenham penalty area.

Personally I didn't see if the lino gave a penalty or not.

Must be said in the bar before the game when the team sheet came up on twitter all those around the table started to name the team so I then put the mobile on table for all to look and to say there was some gasps was an understatement. Bet it was not the team the Chippenham Manager expected either. Also well done to  Sean coming on after twenty minutes cold straight into the game then creating the chance for Wazza to score apt two players who have been fantastic for the club and been with Bakes@Unders from the start of there reign with the Rebels on there special day. On the penalty I believe if the ref had given Chip one early in the game then he would of evened it up and given Ben his to.

Not sure on your penalty logic. 

He didn't give Chippenham a penalty because he thought it wasn't one and didn't give us one because he thought Ben had dived.

The only possibly reason he would have to even it up is if he'd realized he'd made a mistake.

RR on the line up I can remember you steaming. And on there penalty not given where I was standing it was said some given some not.
