sdelaney
One decent story I found in the Chippenham Herald newspaper. All supporters who have your teams sticker on rear vehicle window like myself did you know your insurance can be null and void if you are not covered. I rang my insurance co to find that i am not covered so will take it off and will not put the Slough scarf on back of backseat headrests ever again.always thought it cool driving up and down motorway on game day but it is NOT COOL. So supporters out there with stickers on check your insurance policy.
sdelaney
Is the supporters coach insured. having the Slough scarf high on the front window not sure but do the boys at the back still put Slough info on the rear window. This needs to be checked with Apple coaches.
Irishadrian
sdelane Good point worth checking We had an incident down here a few months ago where a lady who had rear ended the vehicle in front claimed she had had to drive so close in order to read the advert for a jumble sale on the rear window! Reading Rebel
SD, apparently it's all to do with insurers calling it a 'modification' of your vehicle and because it's a football sticker it might put your car at more risk to vandalism. If you want to put a football sticker on your windscreen you need to let your insurer know and they may or may not increase the premium but the insurer needs to be informed. As I said I rang my insurer after reading the story and he advised me I was not insured to have sticker in car and suggested I should not show the scarf so i won.t for my own peace of mind
