FA CUP DRAW

Not sure about that George! Pretty sure Chippenham will fancy their chances at home. Crappy draw for Cirencester though! I remember us playing Cirencester years ago in a South & West league game. Out in the middle of nowhere and was extremely windy, nice set up but they’re poorly supported, looks like they get around 100 home fans in the league. Whoever we play I’d hope we could take 150-200 especially as either are similar distances and easy to get to.

Took Chippenham a late equaliser on Saturday to survive, and will be favourites tomorrow.

They have been a bogey side for us in recent years, so about time their luck ran out against us

I’ll be there along with my eldest son regardless who we play

COYR ?

Chippenham are one of those teams who even though they’re not setting the league alight, have some decent players and can beat anyone when they’re on form. I would be more confident of progression against Cirencester though.

Disclaimer: It’s a cup game so NO match is easy and don’t let anyone tell you otherwise...

Obviously SD hasn't spotted that a post was already set up so perhaps a mod or someone can put the two together.

There's also two posts for the Flackwell game so perhaps that can be merged as well.

Unless someone can prove me wrong, it’s no longer possible to merge threads as far as I can see.

Since the season 14/15 we've played Chippenham 8 times, 3 wins to Chippenham and 1 to Slough with 4 draws.

I'm not unhappy with the outcome Of course we should   show all opponents respect but we are very much a form team at present and certainly shouldn't fear an opponent who required two goes against  a mid table lower level team and conceded five goals in the process.

With last season in mind having two goes to beat a lower level side will mean nothing when we play Chippenham.
