Interesting interviews with Cranfield United supremo Chris Robson and Ampthill Town duo Ashley Mead and Lawrence Burton ahead of the eagerly awaited Bedfordshire FA Senior Trophy First Round clash tomorrow at Crawley Road. The 61 FC (Luton) also entertain Shefford Town and Campton tomorrow:

I know Cranfield United of old from when they were a respected SSML Club and on their day they can be very formidable at Crawley Road;

Bedfordshire Senior Trophy First Round

Cranfield United 3 Ampthill Town 0
The 61FC (Luton) 0 Shefford Town & Campton 7

A very interesting interview with Ampthill Town assistant supremo Ant Christophi following the disappointing defeat at Crawley Road this afternoon, he's very fair and honest:

And an interview with Cranfield United supremo Chris Robson who is clearly over the moon with his side's outstanding performance today:

 Bright future for him. Done wonders at Totternhoe. Look at the mess they have been in since he left.

If you look at the squad Cranfield have, was yesterday really a shock? Fully expect them to be in the South Midlands next season.

I wonder why Paul Blackman didn’t do the post match?

You say that about Totternhoe but what a great win they had yesterday over high flying Berkhamsted Raiders and I think Chris Harvey will do a really good job at Dunstable Road especially with Chris Golding now on the management payroll.

It may just be that Paul Blackman isn't comfortable talking on camera and in public but his trusted Assistant Ant Christophi was great, these days it seems you have to be practiced and confident when talking to the media and it's expected but it can't be easy to hold it together in front of a camera and feel that you are coming across okay.

Munchkin - Yes, i wonder how Darren Croft is feeling today, I see that the prolific Henry Snee netted a hat trick, on his day he's unplayable isn't he

The two Semi Final ties take place tomorrow afternoon, Stevington currently head the Bedfordshire County League Premier Division, having not lost a league game all season, so Totternhoe will certainly not have it all their own way at the Recreation Ground. Stotfold also face a difficult task at Roker Park against Biggleswade FC Reserves however a repeat performance of their excellent 5-0 victory at Langford on Wednesday could possibly be enough to see off the Langford Road outfit:

Semi Finals

Totternhoe v Stevington (Sat 25 Jan, kick off 2.00)

Stotfold v Biggleswade FC Reserves (Sat 25 Jan, kick off 3.00)

They are underway at the Recreation Ground and it won't be long at Roker Park for what will be the Club's penultimate game at the stadium before they move to their new home at Arlesey Road as of 1 February:
