Season ticket prices

Does sound a bit of a rip off in comparison to other clubs and I don't think these prices even include pre season friendlies.

I don't think they've announced their on the gate prices yet which I reckon will be between £15/18

I'm guessing the £280 price is for a seat in the stand? does that also include a programme? I'm guessing it doesn't?

No seat mentioned but you get a free entry to one pre season friendly and entry into a draw for one match day hospitality package for two people.

If I was a St. Albans City fan at those prices I’d be expecting a top 7 finish as you would hope the gate income would be funding the wages. Be interested to see how many ST they sell as there’s probably a few league teams you could watch for that.

Kings Lynn's ST prices for their first season at this level are £290  65+ £250  16/17 or a student (all with proof) £165

Single game entry £15 or 17 seated  65+ £13or 15 seated and no more free children!

There is of course the De Luxe Executive season on offer where you can sit and eat with directors and executives get a free program and unlimited tea/coffee a snip at £775!

I'm not sure what supporter would pay £775 to sit and eat with the prawn sandwich lot.

St Albans have announced their match day prices:

Adult 18 - £16.50 in advance

Concessions £12 - £11 in advance.

FA cup proper rounds £20 - £18 in advance

Another club ripping supporters off.

Disgraceful at this level ?

The price at the gate on the day is £18 and £12 for concessions.

Season tickets are £280 and £185 for concessions.Overall their season ticket and gate prices have increased by 20% on previous year. There are a lot of complaints on their forum with many supporters threatening to stay away. The club claim they make substantial losses and need these increases to reduce the loss.

Only time will tell if this was the correct decision.

If I ever had a second non league team it would be St Albans. I used to watch them whilst away from Slough at University, which was at the time of the controversy about that tree in their ground! I will never forget us signing Ansil Bushay from them, who I thought would lead us to league football on the basis of his performances for the Saints. Sadly not, but I fondly remember the "Ansil on the keeper" chant.

It's absolutely the biggest away day on my own calendar but I would be willing to participate in any fan's boycott arranged by Reading Rebel, 3Spirit and Glenn.

COYR!
