[Neil Baker]

Matt Mclure will not be signing for us, we spoke with him briefly a few months back when we were looking at strikers and was made available by Aldershot, however it was not right at the time for either party, and we expect him to sign for another national league south side.

Billy’s loan has finished, and returns now to Billericay, however he needs to wait and see what happens with Billericay, and is unlikely anything would happen with his decision until pre season, he knows our position, and we will stay in touch, nothing else to report on that for now.

We have already agreed a deal with a player who has been a target of ours for over a year, however until signed obviously nothing will be said, and we also have another meeting lined up next week for our other main target.

If both sign we will be in a great position in respect of next season already.

I don't know if you can answer this Bakes but these two strikers you've mentioned is one of them the striker from Sholing?

Not sure Bakes mentioned two strikers!!

Can confirm the Sholing lad is not one of the two players he referred to.

Looking at the post again it doesn't look like Bakes even mentioned one striker  ?
