Sir Rebel1965
Good ground to make some noise in with covers both ends. Intresting to see who gets picked - might be time to bring in some one different to freshen things up.
Irishadrian
Hemel may need freshening more than us They've lost their last two games scoring 0 and conceding 8 Coincidently those losses against Eastbourne and Oxford City who we have 3 victories against I think we should be the more confident side on Tuesday. 'We will look to utilise the whole squad' is a possible indication that who didn't start against St Albans will start against Hemel.
A Rebel and a Saint
We've been able to reduce the price of the coach travel to Hemel on Tuesday to £10 for members because of the incredible support we've had for the coach travel over this run of away games. There's also Sutton FA Cup coach details on the Trust website now too. www.sloughtownsupporterstrust.co.uk/away-travel
Alan Greenaway
Hemel advise BBC cameras will be in attendance for the match. They have a disabled supporter Colin Perreira that travels up from Plymouth to watch them and the BBC are doing an article on him. They have asked their supporters to keep any chanting " as clean and witty as they normally do" !!
GlenSTFC
So frustrating not to have won that especially when you take the lead with 10 minutes to go!!! First half was quite dour with minimal chances but the second half was a lot better. Again a decent turnout of Slough fans (150?) and in a good voice. Very tough match on Saturday where we’ll need to be at our very best I feel to win.
Gashimoto
Normally im very positive but i thought that was the worst performance in ages, carried no real threat, no penetration down the flanks, forwards getting no support and just long balls, only bit of class was the goal with a decent through ball and finish. Too many players not playing in usual possitions or not performing well. Only positive is we got a point but they are a poor side and we should have taken 3 points. Never mind lets go again on saturday. Coyr

But surely you can’t say that about the second half where we had the majority of play and had some great passing and attacking moments. I’m just annoyed we couldn’t hold out for a vital win especially as the next 3 league games will be very tough.
Alan Greenaway
Totally agree Glen. When we stopped "hoofing" the ball up and started passing the ball we looked a better side. Thought we could have made more use of the flanks.Unlucky not to have gained 3 points from this game. Still too many players not at their usual standard. Both St Albans and Hemel were not particularly good and in hindsight 6 points up for grabs. If we can carry the 2nd half performance into Saturdays game it should be a good one to watch. One major concern is where are our goals going to come from without Matty Stevens?
GlenSTFC
Goals aren’t usually an issue but this season (understandably) they’re not as free flowing as previous seasons. I do have concerns that when Matty returns to Peterborough we may struggle to score. Although I’m sure our managers have this in hand one way or the other. Bernie Gogan
Three penalty shouts last night, the least apparent from where I stood one was on Soares, who seemingly was pulled back when through on goal. Neither linesman or ref saw it, ref being in best position to see. Nothing given and bookings for Slough players in protest. Stevens' first one was debateable (barged off ball, could have been interpreted as a "coming together"), however the second half one was given on edge of box although he fell inside, couldn't tell from where I was. Ref didn't do us any favours last night and wouldn't use linesmen as a reference when there was significant doubt until being persuaded to do so for the Stevens incident, maybe at the request of our management team. Disappointed we didn't get 3 points. Hemel were rarely a threat throughout and can consider themselves fortunate to have got a point from the game. We saw the shirt pull on Soares for pen and standing in line of the box for foul on Matty definitely fouled inside bad error by the ref. Superb through ball and well taken goal by Matty. Like the supporters i.m sure the team cannot wait to play at home after five away matches. COYREBELS

Nearly dead in line with the foul and definitely at least a yard inside the box.
Reading Rebel
As said we were the better side for the majority of the game and should have taken all 3 points but for one costly midfield/defensive lapse. I thought Dunny had an excellent first game back adding much needed mobility and drive in midfield.
HorshamRebel
A few photos from last night.... I was there purely as a fan, so took the camera to get some shots that I would never usual get to take when on match duty. So lots of fan reactions https://garyhousephotography.zenfolio.com/p609501163
