Have you seen their pitch? Not so sure I’ll be overly happy with another midweek replay! (But yes will take it if we’re 0-4 down...).

Anyone know if the 4thQ is still regional?

It’s always a straight north/south split, depending on where they draw the border.

Thanks all for the hospitality, really friendly bunch here and we look forward to seeing some of you on Tuesday.

You have some great facilities as well, which would look good in league two.

As for the match, went how I thought it may. You dominated large periods and we looked good on the break, think a draw is kind to us and makes Tuesday night interesting.

Up the mighty Farm!

Difficult to understand following that performance how the quality players we have in our side can do so many basic things so wrong when we play teams from below us in the league structure.

After Neil's interview from the Sholing game, I fully expected a far better performance than that today, yet it was almost a carbon copy.

In addition to the above, I have to question, when playing teams from below us, are we showing a "Billy bigtime" attitude and just expecting to show up and win. If it's not that, then I look forward to the explanation as to how we now have another difficult replay to advance against a team, that for all their hard work, we really should have put away.

A little harsh on us. I think they defended superbly and got in so many blocks . We kept playing the right way ( unlike Last round) .

Good first half but came out drowsy and conceded far too quickly. Thought we then always looked like getting a second which we did but then you could not make it up the 'goalkeeper of the month' and the player singled out by the managers as our cool head this season combine to gift them a goal.

Ahh well still in the hat , let's hope for a Conference side away as we clearly don't like step 4 or 5 at home.

BMF deservedly earned a replay today for putting their bodies on the line whilst taking advantage of missed chances and a couple of poor defensive decisions from us.

As expected we dominated large areas of the pitch but for all that dominance how many clear cut/one on one chances did we create?

Having said that our real failing today was a couple of really poorly defended goals.

Another really tough ask on Tuesday.

Let's hope we can get a fair number to attend the Tuesday replay BMF are charging half price to regular BristolCity/Rovers supporters on sight of their season tickets to ensure good home support.

Adrian, can I ask do you still live in Somerset?

Being pedantic Stan, Jack was nominated 'player of the month'.

Best to think about about the next round after Tuesday's outcome  ?

SF, really not sure if it's BBB but certainly we had a few who were making some really simple uncharacteristic mistakes.

RR - just seems tough to see if its not attitude based, how certain team members can perform at such different levels. Whatever it was today and against Sholing, hopefully the boys can shake it off, change whatever needs changing and get us through to the next round.

Agree it's baffling when some of our players do the business in the league and then can't produce it in the cup against so called smaller sides which does lead you to think it's attitude rather than ability.

Full credit to Bakes for giving the players both barrels and indicating that some players were 'going through the motions/show boating' thinking this will be an easy win against a lower league side.

Having said that IMO some players like Lee Togwell and Warren Harris will always give 100%.

Personally I really can't wait for Simon Dunn to return, another player who always gives 100% and doesn't prance around like a show pony.

We do that every game to be fair.

Hopefully it’ll be a good crowd on Tuesday, hoping for a couple of hundred but not overly confident with the lack of time to publicise it

This is probably going to sound like asking a question with 20/20 hindsight, but why when we were playing poorly defensively all afternoon did we not make a single defensive substitution...... especially at 2-1 up after 75 minutes when shouts have been heard from our bench ‘we don’t need to score another goal’, and then we see Chris Flood replaced with Ben Harris.

I’m not being critical, we are unbeaten in our last seven competitive matches, which is fantastic, and I fully expect we will win the replay..... just a little baffled.

Yes Matt I knew that and also I think the coach drivers and service people also get reduced entry  I just think the take up may be much better if they are expecting a well known team from higher levels to get turned over!
