Irishadrian
That's sad news RIP Howard was manager in 1985 when SuperKev joined the club
Rebellier
Sad news indeed. He was a Wycombe Wanderers legend who came to us when we were at a low ebb and he became - in my eyes at least - a Slough legend. The FACup run of 1985/86 season that ended in a replay with Orient was a highlight of my teenage years! R.I.P.
BFR
I didn't know Howard as a footballer or manager. To me he was Mr Kennedy, headteacher at a Langley primary school, where he touched the lives of so many. He was also my mum's boss for many years and incredibly supportive to my family when my father passed away. True gent.
Irishadrian
Rebellier. That replay with Leyton Orient was the first game SuperKev turned out on the Slough bench So long ago now.
