Saw this in the Echo last night.

 

I am actually relieved for your club in many ways that it has been called off. Whilst it could have been a great move, all the aggro along the way may have made it a project at too greater price.

 

As I see it, your only real problem at New Lodge that cannot be over come is the access road.
