Torquay Athletic are a decent rugby team! We won't see them at Arbour Park.

Haha yes obviously I've been living in Gloucester far too long where footie is a distant second to rugby.

Without looking it up I'm fairly sure there was nearly 2400 last time we hosted Torquay United, admittedly it was an FA Cup game back when the cup was held in higher regard, and when they were football league and we were confernce.

Torquay have announced their ticket prices.

Early bird (until June 1st)

Adults £188, Concessions £159, under 18's £70

On the day £13, £11, £7

Woking are on their 2nd phase of early bird season tickets.

Adults £150, Students £85, Under 19's 20

No mention of senior concessions.

See why I bought my first ever season ticket for 2018/9 : One of the hottest promotion tips in The Championship ... a superb seat fourth row up and second seat to the left of the half-way line in the Dockers Stand at Millwall for £198!!!

Still be cheaper at Slough and probably see better football, more goals, cheaper food and drink and not be herded in and out like cattle  ;)

It will be interesting to see if the fixture secretary keeps Hampton v Wealdstone as the Bank Holiday match, and puts us we Woking...... or if we get Wealdstone and Hampton get switched to Woking.

If we had a choice I think I would prefer Woking for what I think would be big attendances.

I think distance wise Woking and Hampton will be paired up. We’ll get Wealdstone and St. Albans will play Hemel. Well logic suggests that...

Wait until after the National League AGM to see if any clubs are demoted for failing to meet the necessary criteria. There is at least one candidate at present!

I was expecting the amount of travel to increase so a small decrease is fantastic..... and if you take out the three long trips Truro, Torquay & Weston, it looks very reasonable.

Hopefully those long ones are Saturday matches, otherwise I won't be making it to them.

At them prices they can, are they any cheaper than others once you take all the offers?

Seems to a general consensus of opinion from existing Conference South clubs that next season is going to be the toughest for a long time with some big clubs with money coming into  the division.

Having looked at the teams I find it very difficult to pick out the teams that will be battling against relegation.
