I think our prices will be £12 to sit or stand for adults which I doubt no one in the world would complain about. I still think making the main stand seats an extra pound wouldn’t be out of place considering it’s a great view especially from the upper seats plus direct access to the food/drink.

Maidenhead United are charging £175 for an adult season ticket, and £300 for a Premium adult season ticket ( which includes a reserved seat and a programme).

I don’t think it would be unreasonable for us to be charging an additional amount for reserved seating, but £125 seems a bit high..... £1 or £2 per match just for the reserved seat, or £3 or £4 including a programme would still be good value in my opinion.

Yes I’m surprised at their premium price, can only think the seats sell out so they can charge this amount. The programme doesn’t really add much value as from experience it’s usually 25-30% of the actual attendees who buy one. Our ST have always been very good value and I expect that trend to continue and for once I may actually buy one! Didn’t we sell somewhere around 350 ST’s last season?

Are there any full-time clubs in this leauge, maybe Woking and Torquay not sure.

I think Torquay are but not sure on Woking. The previous manager had plans to go full time but that was before he was sacked and Woking were relegated.

I think they are the only ones.

Does our membership of the Vanararma League South need to be agreed to?

We are up.

Just have to get the Ground re-graded From C to B by 31st March 2019.

Should not be a sweat as it was built to Conferance South standards , just have to get the attendance certified up from 1950 to 3000.

It looks like there’s also a fee of £500 + VAT.

There also appear to be an enormous amount of rules, regulations & fees to comply with, and large fines if not complied with..... membership fee of £500 payable before AGM(usually early June), annual subscription £1,000 + VAT, fine of £500 - £2,000 if not paid before AGM, and fine of £500 - £2,000 if AGM not attended. I don’t know where the AGM this season, but usually at a different club each year, so could be anywhere in the country.

Also fines for making a substitution without using a number board, and breaching the Technical Area (how many clubs that visited us this season would have picked up fines for those?).

It’s worth having a quick browse of the various fines, page 55:-

Just a Question who is going to police it?

Not this again... how does every other club ‘police’ it Mark? We’re not the only club who may have this revolutionary idea of charging to sit! Let me set the timer for the ‘well why don’t you volunteer to do it...’

That's the point Glen there isn't ample volunteers to do it + they'll have to say there while the game goes on.

Before you ask why how would you like it if you've paid to sit and then someone just walks up and sits down.

I would have thought the club has already looked at it.

So I’m guessing it’s just a case of a visit and a certificate to get the B grade and 3,000 capacity, no actual work is required anywhere?

Bound to be something we don't currently comply with , ( wrong signs , not enough cups in the away dressing room , wrong colour paint on the turnstiles etc etc . ) but looking at the rules we are just about there already for South and even National . Just have to set ourselves up to comply with all the new regulations we have to,comply with.

Does any physical work need to be done to raise the capacity of AP to 3000 or is it just a licensing issue?

With the higher standard of football, renewed rivalries with some bigger teams we've not played for a few years, and the ever increasing profile of the club in both print and social media thanks to being back home and having a successful season you'd like to think at least 2-3 games will draw at least 1500+ if not quite capacity. I'm thinking of maybe Torquay Athletic, Woking, Boxing Day/New Year home game, Easter home game.

I'd guess just a licensing issue. Again without knowing for certain, as it stands 3,000 looks to be a relatively easy to fit into AP. Just the two ends alone will hold a max capacity of 1600.
