Hampton play Braintree this weekend in the playoff final to the National League, so no guarantee that we will play them next season

Both good teams but I'd certainly like to renew our rivalry with Hampton. The day's of winding up Devonshire were priceless.

Of course who can forget the Bryco cup win and the chant of 'The Ryman league is upside down'.

Unless it changes it's currently the Vanarama South.

True but it's just rebranding isn't it. The Evo-stik League South is still the Southern league really and the National League is historically the Conference (if not the Alliance Premier League.)

All comfortably inside an hour

Also, for those that play Football Manager, you will no longer need to download a patch for the lower leagues...Slough will be a playable team on the game :)

Plenty of tasty fixtures there, just so refreshing to see that list of new and bigger (mostly) clubs. Let's hope the fixtures computer is kind and gives us an away day at either Torquay, Weston, Eastbourne (or even Truro!) in August or early September. Really looking forward to great atmosphere's and matches at home to the likes of Woking (hopefully it'll be on one of the bank holidays), Torquay, Wealdstone, St. Albans, Hampton (if they don't go up). Many new grounds personally to visit, i've been to around half on that list but a lot of them many years ago.

Not sure that 'most clubs' are actually bigger in all aspects than us.

A quick look at current attendances and only 6 clubs have higher average attendances.

Gloucester City away will do me.  Actually easier to get to their current ground share at Evesham (20 minutes) than their home they trying to return to in the city itself (over 30 minutes).

Looking at the locations today, 12 are near enough to the M25, Oxford is on the M40, 4 more are on the M4. That just leaves Eastbourne, Truro, Torquay and Gloucester as ones which are a bit out of the way. Not as bad as I initially thought, but obviously hoping that Braintree go up over Hampton.
