cufcgeneral
I was going to come on here and congratulate you on your promotion with two ex Generals in your side (Lench & Dobson) - I expected Lench to make it to Step 2 at some point (always had the talent but got stuck behind James Portion in the pecking order) but not Dobbo (was a nomadic LB until he signed for you - fair play to him, can't imagine many locally in non league would have suspected he could be the player he is now). Anyway, congrats at your promotion. But being sore winners is beneath you, leave that to sides like Poole and Lynn (if they'd gone up). Don't remember us lording it over you when we smashed you 4-0 at ours when you had Bateman - but if you want to be like that, let us know when you beat a Football League team at their place in the FA Cup. You've been lording it for about 15 years every time you beat us in the league. so sit back and take it like we've done all these years.
Sir Rebel1965
Bye Bye CUFC General - The National South has just left the station and you are not on it.
Curtis
So, Beaconsfield and Chesham are now history.... who will be our new Bank Holiday derby day foes? Mileage wise it looks to me like Wealdstone, but if Hampton aren't promoted would we get St Albans?
Matt
Woking hopefully!
GeorgeS
Distance wise, Wealdstone, Hampton if not promoted, Woking, Dulwich All between 10 to 25 miles in distance
GlenSTFC
You’ve forgotten Hemel and St. Albans who along with Wealdstone would be 3 nearest mileage wise.
Matt
Surely derbies between Hemel and St Albans are nailed on though. They are 6 miles apart!
GeorgeS
Hemel and St Albans are both around 30 miles from Slough, more a local derby for them than us I would plump for Woking given a choice
Reading Rebel
Ah, the 'Cards' of Woking. Brings back some great memories of the battles we've had with them in the past. They've got a great set of supporters too. Really looking forward to those games.

Perhaps we should start a new thread of the teams we are going to be playing next season, old rivalries renewed etc. Sorry, just seen the thread started by Michael headed 'Conference South'.
