What's good about these play offs, is that the four teams involved are the best footballing sides in the division,which is not always the case. Slough have as good a chance as anyone.

 

It will very much come down to who holds their nerve and doesn't freeze on the big occasion, and the team that wants it most and are willing to work for each other to get it.

 

All I ask is that we do ourselves justice.

No shame in losing to a better team but don't give any opposition an easy ride. Take our game to them, rather than invite pressure.

That's when I would be concerned.I'm not sure how many Kettering have had this season,but I'll guarantee it's a lot more than us.They'll certainly have had more practice than us.

I had the same thought recently and I too said I wouldn’t be feel confident going by past memories. Their captain and defender has scored 10 of his very impressive 22 goals from the penalty spot this season.

I think he's scored 10 from 10 so hopefully he hasn't recovered from his injury.

You can't simulate a game situation but hopefully we're as prepared as we can be in the event it comes down to penalties.

Of the five teams at the top, Kings Lynn was the team that impressed me most. Hereford were the least.

So RR, I stick by my post that the 4 best footballing sides are in the play offs.

I wasn't impressed by Hereford but I have only seen them once this season, so obviously cannot judge what they are like week in week out.

 

To me Slough pissed all over them, with ouir fine passing football, at Arbour Park but we threw away the points by switching off and sitting back.

I agree, we should have played it in the corner for the added on time, it will be nice to see your views on that.

Tend to be cynical myself but the last time we suspected a manager was being less than honest was when Kings Lynn came to ours and the players he said wouldn't be fit didn't play Law may be preparing his defence against failure
