There are players playing for a contract next season, also, all but the away enclosure, the game is a 100% sell out.

We want to win. Its the last home game of the season, play well and win well will help the sales of season tickets etc...the lasting lingering memory till August...

Rob Purdie's last home game before he retires (taking up the role of a fire fighter) He will want to end his Hereford United/ Hereford FC career with a win, We want him to finish his career with a win......

The Meadow End, "the packed Meadow End", full to bursting..... singing their hearts out.....(just thinking about it is making the hairs on the back of my neck stand on end) We will win.... I am sure of it...If not, I will eat the bird that produced the plumage for my headdress (so pleased that I don't wear a hat)

The playoffs will determine who gets promoted with us, its a lottery....the team that is less affected by the occasion will normally win. wishing you guys all the best, hope you have the winning ticket.

Hereford want either Kettering or Kings Lynn to go up so that could be an interesting game! Not sure where the idea that Dorchester are good at home comes from They are certainly better than their terrible away record but they've lost nine home games only five out of twenty four clubs have done worse At the end of the season they are eighteenth for a reason and we should get the three points.

Irishadrian, think you need to factor in that Thommo has only been manager for half the season and that while Dorchester overall record isn't good, he has made Dorchester into a harder team to beat.

Under him, they have had several good wins at home and he seems to be turning them around.

Slough should have enough to beat them but I'm not expecting it to be a formality.

They have a decent goalkeeper, a couple of good defenders, one very good centre midfielder and one or two flair players that can get a goal out of nothing . They got a good 0-0 away at Tiverton in the week and are currently 9th in the form table of the last 6 matches.

Slough are 2nd.

The difference between the two sides is that Slough are good enough to beat any team in the division but currently Dorchester aren't.
