Reading Rebel
Unlike last season, I hope at the end of this season it's possible to have a proper presentation evening at Arbour Park.
GlenSTFC
You’d think it’ll take place there although it’s not a great layout for that sort of function especially with the amount of fans who’d attend. This would also be an ideal opportunity for the new Chairperson to be announced.
Reading Rebel
Also money for the club/council. New Chairman? It's gone very quiet on that front, with a bit of luck Steve's had a change of mind.
Reading Rebel
With the announcement that the supporters player of the season will be divulged after the Royston game is there any news on what the club are planning to do for the end of season presentation evening? GlenSTFC
I guess we may be waiting the outcome of our PO campaign before announcing this.
Reading Rebel
I only asked again after reading that Weymouth are having a proper presentation evening as a reward for having their best season for a while. £10 a pop for a fish supper, DJ etc.
Neil Baker
We will be doing a presentation after the game on Saturday on the pitch in front of the main stand. In terms of any celebrations, we have had a great season, but have not won anything yet (a cup run is brilliant for the club, but we didn’t win anything) and if we do manage to get promotion, I am sure that some kind of celebration will be arranged, possibly last minute. Bakes, as you are aware, in past season's, apart from last season, whether we have won anything or not we have nearly always had a presentation evening whether it was at the Polish Club or Farnham Park. For some reason this now seems off the agenda which TBH I find a bit disappointing.
