Another superb evening watching the REBELS win.

Obviously being the form team and at home should give any team an advantage but I still think these are one off games and sometimes luck can sway it.

 

We got lucky with the swirling wind in the second half at the Kettering play off game 2013-2014 .

First half we got caught out by it at 0-2. Second half it assisted our comeback !

Clearly Kirk does not want to give his identity away as everyone will know who the knob is at games.

Yes true but he’s apparently has been to every home and away match since the clubs formation but no one knows him (aside from his grandsons who sometimes appear).

Cannot remember Kirk saying on the day how disappointed he was getting to the Biggleswade game only to find it was postponed.

I know everybody apart from the ref were airing there views about the decision on social media.

Come on Kirk tell us did you get a pint in there club house on the day.

Just with regards to that postponed Biggleswade game, some of you might not have known the ref at last nights game was the guy who postponed that game.

I actually went up to him at the end and said you sure this was playable jokingly, and he actually apologised and said he had learnt a lesson that day (not sure what that meant) but he was very apologetic and admitted he should have played the game.

I also told him that the following week we played at Tiverton on what could only be described as a bog.
