Just seen the video of the equalizing goal from Perry Coles.

 

Great ball again from George Wells to Floody and a superb finish from Perry.

 

Was that the 'Manny hat' thrown onto the pitch during the goal celebration?

I'm well aware of your admiration for Simon Dunn, RR. 

 

To be fair, I've nothing against Scott Davies I actually like what he's brought to our team in general since signing.  I just thought he was a yard off the pace yesterday and with Lee Togwell it appeared there was some confusion as to where both of them want to position themselves.

It seemed that both wanted to take 'the deep playmaker' role but neither wanted to do the hard running.

I was pleased when Matt Lench went more central in the second half, as he isn't one for shirking out of anything.

 

Today, now the dust has settled, it feels like we blew our chance to get one over Kings Lynn. Considering their captain was out and that they had played Thursday night, we won't get a better chance to beat them.

Yet they still proved to be a real handful for us and I was particularly impressed by their 1, 2,3, 7, 9 and 11 on the day.

I also thought some of their variants of play was excellent. They were innovative and clever.

 

Apart from Kettering, they are the best side I've seen this season.
