When we won 2-1 at your temporary home a few months ago, I was so surprised at your magnanousity to the result. Most of you Townies agreed that we should have shafted you by more than the 2-1 scoreline. Okay, be that as it may, but since you Townies have started dropping points, I cannot believe the vitriol on this site, as to cheating, biased, blah de blah referees who give EVERYTHING to the other side and not the Townies. Get a naffing life you saddoes. Do you think that you have a divine right to success? We are top of the League. Okay we have a lot of hard games to come, ie Concord home and away plus many others of a said difficult ilk. But because you get a certain kind of support, which is hyper-inflated by said season tickets (re the Romford game, ps 2-1 by the way) don't believe that they will go away even if you fail AGAIN to go up this season. We at Romford have done well, with all things considered con no dinero, but yes Concord and Scamvey may collude at a later date, with players of a certain ilk. But we still have to rely on yourselves to at least draw one game then everything is down to us. But, come on Townies, stop the sulks, smell the bacon and welcome to the real world. We kicked this [***!!***] league into touch back in 1996, but hey, certain things in life come back to haunt you....

Enjoy being top of the league while it lasts. You will win nothing. We have a right to comment on the standard of referees at our games and will continue to do so. You are not at these games so have no idea as to what goes on.

 

You are jealous at the level of support we have at ETFC. Romford have very few supporters for a town of its size. Maybe locals are still unhappy about your takeover of Collier Row and the disappearence of its name and ground?
