Yes at present the Frome game is on, we have been trying to work with them and MK Dons to try and switch fixtures, however it is not looking likely due to a game MK Dons have got tonight..

 

We will know later, however at present we have to prepare that the game will be on, even though with the forecast it will be doubtful.

Even though its a local game for me I hope it's off The detailed met report suggests showers on and off but heavy rain from about 2100 Last thing we need is an abandoned game!

The reports I've seen say some rain overnight then light rain from 8-6 but nothing in the evening.  Doesn't look good but if there's any chance it has to be taken.

Arrive and just got soaked....constant drizzle and occasional torrential downpour. Haven't looked at the pitch yet.

Frome tweeted at 1645 that heavy afternoon rain had stopped and the pitch although wet is easily playable also hoped we bring our Astro boots!

No preview of this match on the Club web-site, but in summary:-

 

Frome are not in great form, they have lost three of their last four home matches

 

We have won three of our last four away matches

 

Frome away is a bogey match though, the pitch gets quite heavy and has quite a slope, and their fans can get quite vocal.... we have lost 4 and drawn once in our 5 visits.

 

The bookies still have us as evens favourites though 2/1 Frome & 3/1 the draw.

 

Best of luck lads, it would be great if you could come home with all three points.

Yes 3-4 away You have to go down to 21/22/23/24 to find a team that has won fewer home games than Frome They've won fewer points at home than they have away so let's hope they're true to form
