rebelbrewer
Think we've got a job to do as supporters. Yesterday was Neil and Jon's 250th game in charge of the Rebels and I believe they are one of, if not the, best management team we have ever had. Their record is truly superb (in league matches alone W94-D38-L75) and they have taken us from regularly just failing to get promoted from step 4 to that promotion and in contention for promotion to step 3 for the second year in a row. I for one want them to feel able to enjoy that success - not have it tainted. Judging by Jon's interview yesterday he won't have enjoyed the milestone at all. We're all gutted about yesterday's result (and the recent run of results) and are all entitled to have our two pennies worth and also ask questions. However if we can be supportive and encouraging over the next few games it's just possible that a player or two will lift their head up and make the clearance, tackle, run that will make the difference and help close a win out - there's lots of evidence that people respond better to encouragement than b@llocking. I know most of us already are like that, just maybe we can raise our game too.

Irishadrian
Well said Yes we've got a mini crisis just 2 wins in 10 since Banbury but Neil/ Jon have weathered similar situations before We are still well capable of becoming champions and the club is awash with cash if we have to strengthen and freshen the squad The anger from both was palpable yesterday and that was probably the turning point in accepting performances from any player well below his usual standard Nice guys win nothing so No more Mr Nice Guys I hope no one is stupid enough to call for a change of managers These ones can get us promotion ! Let anyone who thinks otherwise tell us who would do better.
redwine rebel
100% what a brilliant post rebelbrewer. We must play our part too. We can be so good vocally and also in the past we have had so much fun. I can't belive that anyone would want to change the two boyos, but if they go so do I xxxx

I never have been a behind the goal person I don't do well in crowds and I find it intimidating, and now that my Dad is in his 80s that wouldn't be possible anyway. But at our level you can shout an encouragement - even just speak one to a player who's close - they do hear and often respond.
Dolphin rebel
I demand a long FA Cup run, oh I forgot, we just had one, Hereford have been favourites to win the league since day one and only took one point off us out of a possible six, so what is all the fuss about, let's get back to doing the best we can and with any luck we may win the play-off's if champions is out of the question, COYR.
