Hereford Game

I found Saturday's match memorable not only on the pitch but also listening to the incredibly contrasting post match interviews with Peter Beadle (complaining that they didn't play as they can for the first ninety minutes) and Jon Underwood (complaining that we didn't play as we can for the last seven minutes)! Beads saying that he had asked if half time could be taken after 43 minutes and a few minutes added on to the second half in lieu of the fifteen minutes delay due to the injury incurred by the referee! If Hereford had ballooned their chances over the bar in the last seven minutes just as they had in the first ninety minutes they would have gone home without us thinking much of them. But they suddenly showed us what they are about. In my opinion, Nathan Webb got too heavy a first touch on the ball when trying to create enough space to clear the ball prior to the first goal and under pressure, the defence became out of line with Jack Turner's right post creating just enough space for Keyon Reffell to fire home a truly outstanding equaliser.

Thank you Jon Underwood for taking time to write such an excellent post this morning. I always have faith and forecast Slough Town wins in the last six Pundits Panel matches. Four draws and two defeats instead but I have seen some good football from Slough. Thirteen corners in the first half against Stratford Town but 0-0 at half time. The new signing

Ben Harris scoring with two outstanding headers in his first two matches from a superb free kick and a superb cross. I felt that the unexpected shortfall in home support on Saturday was due to so many other nearby clubs being at home at the same time. When we played Rochdale there was no competition. I bought tickets for two Tottenham Hotspur season ticket holders for the Hereford match. They sat in the West Stand and agreed to meet up with me after the match. No sign of them though. We spoke on the phone later, "it was a 2-0 match after ninety minutes Will, so we went home but as we were walking down Stoke Road we heard a roar"!

There are no easy matches in this division! St.Ives Town goalkeeper Tim Trebes was voted Man of The Match in each of their last two league matches ... 1-1 at Kings Lynn Town and a 0-3 win at Kings Langley. But as usual, after tomorrow evening's results I will be sitting down to work out how many we will win by on Saturday!

In Fifty years of watching the Rebels not once have I left the game before the final whistle anything can happen.

There manager on George's moment for Ben's goal it was a standard cross what a joke.

I don't expect to see one superb cross put in an England game in the World Cup Finals this year that's how good it was.

When clubs do a video of a game like Hereford did but do not show the opposition's goals I don't understand either is that what you call being part of the snowflake brigade as it will upset there own Supporters don't show or encourage the opposition.

Glen and RR that sounds like me Ha Ha !!!!.

Why not show the goals with-out the celebration.
