GlenSTFC
How frustrating! Its fortunate I didn’t buy that non refundable train ticket now. It’s to our disadvantage now having to make a long midweek trek. Hopefully the other teams around us won’t win today if they go ahead.
Sir Rebel1965
We are looking at poping down to watch Hartley Whitney v Bromley in the FA trophy 1st round, if thats still on.

Disadvantage in that it'll be a long midweek trip and another game to add to our already congested fixture list but possibly advantageous in respect of injuries, suspensions and player recruitment. GlenSTFC
I’d guess 14 players will need to play some part on Tuesday just to get back into match practice as we have 2 massive Home games coming up which we really need to win both to keep in touch at the top. Yes, presume Tuesday's team selection has now taken on a different look.
GlenSTFC
I’m sure our managers are on it but with the busy Christmas and particularly January period coming up I think it’ll be a boost to get at least 1 player in even if on loan. Even if Gav plays Tuesday I’d say none of our 4 strikers are fully fit still. We certainly have the funds to bring in some quality players so hopefully we’ll see some movement on that soon. Is Chris Flood injured? Also thought Manny was over his injury and was only lacking match fitness?
GlenSTFC
They’ve all been injured! Just will take a couple of games hopefully to get back to near full match fitness.

Sorry Glen but if you'd said 'fully match fit' I'd have known exactly what you meant

With 9 games in January (5 away and 4 at home) IMO it will be make or break time for our title aspirations. I still maintain that unless you've got a squad as large as Hereford, points on the board are much better than games in hand.
