I think they have been in liquidation since Lazarou left.??..but i could be wrong.

Note "Enfield Football Club Holdings Ltd" NOT ENFIELD FC.

But surely if EFC holdings were in charge of EFC when the liquidators were called in......It is the liquidators that control the club....and any dicisions regarding board-members and money going in and out must be verified by them.

It appears from a search at companies house that Enfield Football Club Ltd is still an active company.

 

EFC Holdings changed its name from Enfield Football Club Ltd in September 1995. I think you will find that that is when Mr Lazerou took over. It has the same address as Enfield Football Club Ltd

 

Enfield Football Club Ltd was formed by a change of name from Extravaganza Restaurant Ltd in October 1995.

 

Last accounts 31/8/2001

Accounts were due on 30/6/2003 but for some unaccountable reason are overdue.

 

Why does the Ryman League allow clubs to operate that are overdue in their accounts?
