F A Cup Replica Shirts for Rochdale match

I'm not talking about the original shirt picture, I'm talking about the actual shirt that was on the manikin in the club shop before the Weymouth game (a photo of which was put on the club Twitter). It was the lighter yellow with the amber cross pattern on it as shown in today's photo from Macron.

Really not worried which one it was as long as the finished colour is amber as per the home team shirt.

The original tweet from the club on the day of the Weymouth game.

The only reason the date is wrong is because the sample was ordered before the date was confirmed.

If I can put it a bit simpler, is the current photo on twitter the actual colour of the special edition shirt that supporters have ordered for the Rochdale game?

It won’t be completely amber that is the whole point RR as communicated before!

Amber is one that has to be made specially and the lead time to get it for the FA Cup was too long, and with the fact we needed a kit as we have to put on FA badges and we don’t have enough kits to do this with meant we had to change design!

This is the closest we could get in terms of colour and in stock etc!

It is a very strong amber fleck which makes it look as amber as it can!

I am sure that we can all handle it!

Thanks for the reply Bakes.

Understandable given the circumstances.

Can someone please clarify the status of the shirts?

The message on the club site says the FINAL batch of shirts have just come in.

Does this mean there are earlier batches that have come in and been posted out?

I ask this as I ordered mine on the day they went on line, thinking get in early so there is plenty of time and there will be no risk of them not being here.

As an out-sider, can I just say that I'm enjoying this thread immensely.

Regarding the one question, (see above) regarding the shirt status is that they WILL be a shirt as we know them.  Four apertures:  one each for the arms; one for the head and neck, and one at the bottom of the shirt for the wearers bottom and other appendages.

(taxi for JR !!!)
