Stan
Not unexpected. Looks as though we will be 3rd after Saturday. Never nice moving off top spot but best way to do it rather than losing it. More interesting though, will Gosports latest trouble cause them to withdraw. As we have played them twice we would drop to 5th losing 6points and +8 goal diff. Never like to see any club in financial troubles but this one could have a significant short-term impact on us as well. Great thing about football is that it allows you to indulge in mindless optimism which occasionally comes true ( Merthyr anyone.? ) . So I will be hoping for a win in the cup , some unexpected bad results for our rivals that leaves us top and a white knight to not only save Gosport but make them a much stronger side in the 2nd half of the season ! GlenSTFC
I’m certainly hoping for the same Stanley boy!
Irishadrian
No team can go higher than us at the weekend without playing more games than we have Its a bit tighter IMO than it appears since our three games against the whipping boys resulted in an 18 -3 GD However I'm more than happy with the season so far. Curtis
From that, Kings Lynn have only played 4 matches against top half teams.... where as us, Kettering and Hereford have played 8 against top half teams.
