Just got back from the Lewes game....and can't believe what i just witnessed today...two really exciting attacking sides with dreadful defence's. Weymouth went 1-0 up, Lewes equalised about a minute later Weymouth scored again and this pattern continued until 5-4 to Weymouth (i think...hard to keep up!). Slough's old keeper Zep then pulled off two incredible safes before trying to dribble the ball out of the goalmouth and giving a foul for a penalty. Saved it, but Claridge (i think, who was absolutely outstanding giving 110%)hit the rebound in the net....Weymouth scored more, but Lewes didn't give up got another goal, could have had a couple more in last 5 minutes. One of their subs came on, and withen a couple of minutes punched one of the Weymoth defenders in the face to get sent off..

One of the best games of footie i've seen for years, amazing atmosphere, must have been 1,000 plus with lots of very drunk but well behaved Weymouth fans who couldn't believe they could drink throughout the game.

If ever there was a reason for me to big up non league footie, then this was it.

ps nearly forget, great result against Hampton, see everyone at Worthing (just 15 minutes away). They are a good side and we will need to be at our most vocal to spur the rebels on.

It's really difficult to believe Lewes conceding 8 and Weymouth conceding 5 in the form they're both in !! We wouldn't stand a chance against Weymouth !

Lewes have been good all season and I understand they played a slightly weakened team against Banstead, but poor old Zeph but have a backache as well as low confidence, picking the ball out of the net so many times ! <img src="/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

hi there brighton rebel dave here. smash and grab for weymouth proberbly deserved in this amaizing sounding game lewes lost 5-8 you saw. sounds like a game reicptly with us 5-6 trophey and 2-3 scambled late late winner this year against us slough ove course in the league. did they have a programe if you can find me one i will pay for it if required if not maybe get one next time we play them at stag beetle meadow. we today played quite well and got a 1-1 draw with a usefull but very physicol hampton and r b side that seembed to foul' insight the crowd 'or argue themselves into the book for talking back to the referee or kicking the ball away after the whistle being blown. slough aventually got there very late equalizer in the very last minute and last kick of the game making the restart non exitant basicly just kicking from the middle and an ironic slough atack and feel another two to five minnutes may have brought us a winner maybe. after the full time whistle to worthing players and someone else from the bench picked i fight with some harmless blameless slough afficols and supporters with i belive roy merryweather having to pull or tell people to move away. i went inthe bar and had too much cider to drink and a certain mr aterial## sorry can'nt spell help## and i had a chat and he gave me a lift to my local garage to stagger home for my eats. i suppose iwill see you next week in the worthing bozzer for some more football bear or cider ext and a chat god bless

hi there domm sorry i was unsocible both at walton and at the windsor game but i had alot of things on my mind regarding my future at collage and flat and holding on to my flat were there has been a list of so many things wrong in the past' bullies ## maybe antie bullieing scheame in the burnham area'fire in 1998- three floods ## two neighbours and one beacon housing pipes not lagged'many smahed windows from the local youthes and police no ho but never have and never will act'and bricks and stones and abuse herled at me there 'plus they have even been known to follow me home or even as far as to my mums or on to a bus or train wthout me realizing. im trying to get a new briefrender to sort this and more and someone to speek up for me if in dout. maybe im the scared rabbit with the foxes not sweets after me. by the way collin very nice and maybe can take us and me when needed. thanks domm see you at college. im in all day mon- thur if you want to talk or next week onthe coach to worthing were we may be able to catch up with that amaizing match at lewes. remember 1200 sharp departure and £15 see you saturday hpoefully cheers

hi domm and all dave here sorry for all my bad life history. there has been some excilent things and good times had just went bang' bang' bang' on the keyboard. and it was 4-6 loss to lewes. amaizing i did make a mistake like domm. help me im humen and the rabbit is running scared running round the field could be me with all my preivouse worries. sorry guys for the mess im in. the rebels keeps me going and somewhare i can let off steam when complity wound up with all the events past and cope with the future. i think we can beat worthing there on saturday did we not draw last year perhaps another mistake. some of sloughs amaizing games spting to mind. slough 3-3 reading- reading 2-1 slough and say the trophey run i belive in 1988 to name but a few. god bless. i have got some friends as nieghbours.

hi guys dave here sorry ment 1998 finger slipt. mised you at college. sorry if past posts were a bit of a mess with scores and dates i have to make sure dates and events go in right and not end up being the scared rabbit running round the field with foxes after me. sorry purticuly talking nonsence at times but only trying . this goes to anybody else who don't like what i right and sometimes wrong to. i hope to see you all on saturday down the south coast at worthing. bewhare very wet windy weather on and off over the next few days so maybe checks before the coach leaves or anybody traveling by private car to take it steady will proberbly be a bleake journey and to try toavioed m25 near heathrow cargo if don't allready know. moterway stand still one minute slow next and stop start or even clear. for weather and if you choose this route maybe allow a little more time. cheers dave
