For those real ale drinkers make sure you get to Brighlingsea early for this small gem. https://www.thefamousrailwaytavern.co.uk/ The rest of Brightilingsea when I was last there more than seven years ago is a real ale desert. lovely stuff Posted August 29, 2017 Share Posted August 29, 2017 Also just be aware that the ground has very little parking spaces and the long narrow road it is in is impossible to park down.Or even the small road leading to that..So i would advise parking a few hundred yards away down the bigger roads or main road.Will save yourself a load of hassle and avoid plenty of reversing and three point turning.
