There are some teams i like to smash the granny out of and Romford are one of them after an uneventful first half a blistering 9 minute early second half spell put this game to bed even the visitors goal took a deflection roll on the F.A cup next Sunday where I don't think Romford will be as generous as today outstanding performances all round I think the result flattered the visitors but you reap what you sow

Matched the committment first half from romford and reaped the benefits second half. Great performance, we could have had at least another two more but I'm delighted with what we got. Unfortunate deflection off the wall that looped over the top of Sam for a freakish goal for Romford. Well done hornchurch

I wonder if Romford Boy was at the match today .......

No,haven't been for about 18 months.

TBH I wasnt prepared to take my football mad grandson because of the bad language. Took him to D&R a few times and he fell in love with them so its the Daggers for me now and we go there every week.. Better football, family friendly club, a decent atmosphere, ambitious, and its local.

After sixty odd years supporting the Boro they will always be my number one team, but like hundreds of other I just lost interest.

I agree the bad language in the past has been far from acceptable, but since quite a few of your so called supporters have gone missing the atmosphere has become acceptable. Enjoy your new found love and I hope one day your grandson can enjoy nonleague football as much as we have.

Dagenham & Redbridge are non league Blackballed, but possibly only until the end of the season. TBH the last few years it was a real chore watching RLN matches but now I really look forward to football. We have been to the Orient as well and thats equally family friendly.

BTW, has anyone heard from Fletch lately?

I see and talk with Fletch regularly mainly to do with BSL Sunday league, We played LO in a preseason friendly and drew, I must say that the squad of players we have this season is one of our best for many a year ..... Be safe.
