Electrician calls to check and start re-wiring house 9:00 am this morning.

(Thank God a plumbers on hand !

 

Now, not only is raining outside ! I'ts pis**ng down inside as well, now !

 

Complaining about the weather ? You don't know how lucky you are ! I expect they'll be shutting the power off when they get back with a new immersion.

HOWEVER: Electricians have given up any hope of starting the re-wire today, and the plumber has located and IS fitting a new immersion tank, so instead of no leccy, we've got no bl**dy water or heat !
