staines_rebel_Jr
https://www.oddschecker.com/football/english/non-league/southern-premier/southern-premier-league/winner Slough 11/1 at betway but can be found at 14/1 elsewhere. An each way bet (1st to 3rd) at 1/4 is pretty good. The bookies got it quite wrong last year, will it be the same story this year? Good value for Kettering at 16/1. p.s. Sorry Sue, lots of numbers will be on this thread.

Curtis
So £1 each way would be a stake of £2. If we finish outside the top three the return would be £0. If we finish 2nd or 3rd then the return would be £3.75. And if we finish 1st, it would be £12.00 plus £3.75, a total of £15.75. Effectively it's an EVENS bet on us finishing in the top three, with a big bonus if we win the league, which depends on whether you think Hereford will romp their way to the title, and if you think we are likely to be better than our fifth place finish last season. The prices will change a bit in the next 48 hours as bets start coming in. Also Slough are 14/1 in some places so better than evens on E/W bets. Irishadrian
As you may expect almost half (48%) of bets so far are on Hereford Second? Slough Town 13% with Oddschecker.
Reading Rebel
The two best bets that stand out for me are Banbury at 20/1 and Kettering at 16/1.

Radders
Kirk you really are a dullard. I normally manage to stop myself from replying to your drivel but congratulations, I've taken your bait on this occasion. We could literally win every game this season and win the league by 30 points and you'd still moan because you're not a real fan. Most of us turn up to games hoping we win, sometimes expecting us to win but certainly never believing we have a god given right to. Moments like yesterday when warren saw his shot deflected wide in the last minute and I kicked the stand in frustration - not frustrated with the team for letting me down but sharing in their disappointment as I truly believe that this group of players care just as much as us fans if not more. I imagine at the same time you were sat there (if you were even there) moaning about a lack of quality, effort or the managers team decisions. And I reckon you probably hated the fact our winning goal was given as it made your comments on here even more irrelevant until our next defeat. So head back off into your little hole wherever that may be and come back when you have something to say that at least one other member of this forum agrees with. Hint - this could take some time!!! Rant over. COYR!!!

No bait, don't believe in blood sports. And yes as always I was there. And as always I wanted us to win but must admit I get a bit cheesed off when certain people don't give the supporters enough credit for knowing about the game as much as them . kirk
Let me explain, the idea is to score more goals than your opponents, that's called a win.All supporters would know this,as Brian Clough once said " football is a simple game ". Hope that's been of some help to you.
