Just to let people know that I will not do a proper report on tonight's game. If I did it would properbley be an A>Z of swear words aimed at the referee and the linesman.

If it's any consolation Warren, you saw the best action in the first half of the postponed game!

 

We were shocking tonight although it's not anything we haven't previously seen at Croydon, Croydon Athletic, Hampton, Whyteleafe, Tilbury, Aveley, Barking etc. etc. over the last season and a half.

 

We failed to compete against a team who were prepared to work harder, were sharper, quicker and showed greater desire. Although their first goal followed a dreadful tackle that the referee let go, their second and third were scored when they had ten men. Yet, we allowed them to make it look like it was us who had a player short.

 

Harsh reality - either the players we have are not good enough or the manager is not able to motivate them. Either way, some players, or the manager, or possibly both, have to go.

hi there brighton rebel dave here. slough were like rabbits running round the feild scared with foxes after them. slough lost 1-3 and at least matt miller scored a great goal with his head. hope all is well down there and we don't get to much rain. hope to see you saturday cheers
