How good are Concord

Recommended Posts

Bradley's family have a long history of association with Enfield......His grandad Dave Jones played for the old club, and the went on to work with the club as coach/trainer/kit-man for something like 30 years.....Bradley was also a ballboy as a youngster with the club.

I know he left ETFC on good terms, and with the good possability of ETFC being in Ryman1 next year, and what with the ego's flying around at Ford utd, someones bound to tread on his toes sooner or later.

Just don't be suprised if he returns to his hometown club...thats all i'm saying.

Bradley was certainly good enough for the ETFC first team, as a number of people often said on this forum. I recall a terrific goal by Brad against Sawbo.

The problem was who to leave out to make way for him, given that we had a championship winning side at the time!

Also, we already have two Brads, it was getting a bit confusing! We also had 3 Halls at one time.

The same could be said of Ronnie Watson (who I do not rate as highly as Brad).

ronnie is good, his work rate is second to none. he scored a good goal to.

I think Ronnie's biggest achievement over the years has been the way he learned how to control his temper. I've watched him since he was a youngster at EFC and been impressed with his progress. A lesson for many other players perhaps?

Bradley wasn't good enough when he was at ETFC to get into the side,so he rightly left to further his career.

As he's a local lad,i wouldn't be surprised to see him back with ETFC,before to long.

Bradley was young, a bit skinny and easily knocked off the ball in his days with the Town, BUT he was so so skillful, the most fit player by far and if he wasn't playing at a much higher level I agree with lovely stuff he'd come back (if asked nicely) with all the family and friends connections with the town. Yes I'm a Bradley Poole fan and proud to say so!
