I have tried this using my password etc but I cannot work through to pay as I wish by Visa. I have already paid for my season ticket,

reserved west stand seat and reserved AP car parking. I want to add For the WBA game  1 adult reserved west stand and 1 concession reserved west stand together but am having trouble. Any advice please?

My previous charge for my Season ticket package was £190 and I have now ordered 1 adult and 1 concession reserve seat in the West Stand for the WBA game £21 plus £1 post. However the acknowledgement has come through at £212 i.e. £190 previously paid plus £22. Perhaps I have misunderstood the "add to cart". Your advice would be much appreciated.

Matt - I have now received an email from paypal giving me a full refund for todays' transaction? I assume this means that my season ticket package is still paid for on my earlier transaction but that I do not now have the reserved west stand seats (1 adult, ! concession) that I require. Perhaps this can be sorted on Tuesday? Sorry to be a pain but not all of us are IT wizards.

I did notice when ordering tickets for WBA match, that the previous transaction of a season ticket purchase that had been paid for was still in the checkout, and had to play around to delete it and ensure I was only paying for the WBA tickets.

 

It does appear to be a flaw that should be looked at and corrected.

Must be a localized problem as mine went through at the correct amount and the required number of tickets.

 

Probably a "PICNIC" error.

My PayPal also showed season ticket as well mine showed a red X beside to delete.

 

I paid for Kev.s Donation first thats well deserving.

But did think it was the ticket for the game but realised a couple of hours later.

 

So check what you have Ordered.

Just checking that tickets for the WBA game will not be available to buy at any of our pre-season games i.e. Wealdstone onwards?

Just looked on the West Brom website and am I right in saying that West Brom will not receive an allocation of tickets for the game and the only way they can buy tickets is through our on line club shop?

 

Not saying it will happen but in theory could this lead to the West Brom supporters snapping up the vast majority of the tickets before our supporters do?

 

It would be an absolute travesty if that were to happen.

I have purchased my ticket online,but looking at the West Brom website ,it does appear a simple option for any of their fans to snap up the majority of

 

the remaining tickets, if they wish to do so. Has our club thought this through ? Perhaps they are assuming that many of them will attend the Bristol

 

Rovers game on the same day.
