scarletpimpernell Posted May 4, 2017 Share Posted May 4, 2017 No fewer than 6 CCFL referees have been nominated for promotion to Level 3 - which allows them to referee at contributory league matches. They are: Andy Bennett Mick Begley Tom Ellsmore Shelby Elson Hugh Gilroy Craig Kissi To achieve this promotion they had to be placed in the top banding for both assessments and club marks so good luck to them all with their refereeing careers.
