A happy and healthy New Year to you, Uncle Urchin. I wont waste my breath wishing you a prosperous one as, in your case, I have no doubt!!

What do you mean 'lucky'? Never in any doubt as I recall. I am looking forward to the League 'double' in February. We need all the points that we can get and we have to look to pick them up from the teams who are out of the leading pack!!

Hi EFMTFTV. A happy, healthy and prosperous one to you, too.

A whole year? Remaining since Aldershot on 21.12.02 are Castle, Gledhill, Brown, Campbell [Nasty injury, a broken nose. One could be out of action for as long as 40 seconds. 10 seconds to regain consciousness if it was a bad break, and 30 seconds to wipe the blood off], Brown, Oakes, De Souza, Smith, and Martin [the latter 'technically' still here although I have heard a rumour about a multi-million pound transfer. Here's a clue: Stamford Bridge.]

So who "made the difference" in 2003? Oakes probably, although my reasoning is subtle and will be obscure to most. Crawshaw also 'made the difference in 2003' as he missed much of the second half of last season due to injury and then retired this.

Sources, Webbo. Sources.

'Need to know' basis at this stage. Pre-contract Agreements are coplex documents. One wouldn't want to be premature with the old faithful "Richard Goddard signs and commits his future to The Saints". Or in this case Simon Martin. Err. Not The Saints either but you get the drift.

Keep up the good work, Webbo. And the 'Latest News' section of the site.

A very happy New Year to you, too, Webbo.

"Richard Goddard signs and commits his future to The Saints". - err blame LH for that one (but you know that already)

"Or in this case Simon Martin. Err. Not The Saints either but you get the drift." - £5.98 to Purfleet I hear - what the feck is going on with this club?

"Keep up the good work, Webbo. And the 'Latest News' section of the site." - what website???!!!

"A very happy New Year to you, too, Webbo." - and you sir!
