Enfield Town v Folkestone Invicta

Easter weekend is traditionally a make or break time for teams battling for promotion, or struggling to avoid relegation.

 

This year is no exception and, after weeks of uncertainty, Town have performed heroics in recent matches to claw their way back as serious play-off contenders. With three matches remaining this season our destiny is in our own hands. On Saturday we host Folkestone Invicta at the Queen Elizabeth Stadium (3.00pm), before visiting Harlow on Bank Holiday Monday.

 

All to play for after outstanding team performances against league leaders Bognor and Billericay. Town will be looking to deliver more of the same this weekend, with six precious points up for grabs, and a fine run of five consecutive wins behind them.

 

A bumper crowd is expected at the QE2 Stadium on Saturday afternoon, as Town continue their chase for a play-off spot. It is a huge match, a real Easter cracker - DON'T MISS IT !!

Folkestone are making their first ever appearance at the QE2 Stadium this afternoon, having only managed to chalk up two away wins all season.

 

Town are flying at the moment, are firm favourite this afternoon, and I can't see anything other than a home win. What do you think guys?

Yes, focus needed today - not a game we can just expect to turn up and win. I'm sure Brad's well aware of that after some performances earlier in the season so let's get right behind them today.

Totally agree. It won't be easy, but we have the quality, desire, and momentum, and if we perform as we did against Bognor a couple of weeks back, I believe we will win this afternoon.
